Haryana public service comission AYRVEDIC MEDICAL OFFICER (Group-B) exam date announcement

                                                                   ANNOUNCEMENT
 

Ii is hereby announced for the information of condidates who have applied for the post of Ayuevedic medical officer (Group-B) in Ayush Department, Haryana vide Advertiesment NO. 16/2024 published dare on 21.07.2024, that the commission has decided as under.

Scheme/Pattern of Exam

1-SCREENING TEST
  1. The  screening test will be held on 22.09.2024
  2. Total number of MCQs.100 as per syllabus announced on 27.06.2024
  3. Total mark 100
  4. The duration of exam. 02 hours
  5. All questions cary equal marks.
  6. Each questions will have five options,The fifth option will be meant for a situation where a candidate insteads to leave the question un-attempted.
  7. One-fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  8. In case a candidate neither attemptet a question nor darkens the fifth option bubble,the one fourth mark will be deducted for each wrong question.
Any candidate not  darkening any of the five circles in more than 10% questions shall be disqualified.
  1. The medium of the exam will be in english / hindi.
  2. A candidate will have  to secure a minimum of 25% mark to clear the screening test.
  3. Condidates four times the  number of advertised post, alongwith bracketed candidate if any, will be called for next stage of the selection process, provided that they have secured the minimum cut-off mark 25%.
  4. The mark  obtained by the condidates in the screening test will not be counted for final selection because it is meant only for shortlisting of condidates.
2-SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE TEST
  1. The duration of exam 03 hours.
  2. The medium of exam will be in  English / Hindi.
  3. Total marks 150.
  4. No condidate will be called for the interview /viva-voice test unless she/he secures a minimum of 35% mark in the test.
  5. The number of the condidates called  for interview will be two times alongwith bracketed condidate  if any, of the number of advertiesed post provided that  they secured the minimum cut-off marks 35%.
  6. The weightage of the second test will be 87.5%.
3-NTERVIEW
  1. The weightage of the interview will be 12.5%
  2. The final merit list will be prepared by adding the mark of  subject knowledge test and interview.
